Quality improvement with APE-cap: Defective disengagement from the cap inner plug server axis.
Solve the issues of withdrawal of the middle plug and poor bottle attachment!
When the material of the cap body is hard, there are frequent attachment failures when fitting the bottle at the plant, and when it is soft, there are frequent issues where the inner stopper comes off inside when the end user inserts the bottle into the server, leading to a reverse mismatch problem. With the 'APE-cap', by separating the part that holds the inner stopper of the cap body, we can change the material grade and shape, thereby improving the issue. 【Overview】 ■ Current Issues - Poor detachment of the inner stopper from the server axis ■ Quality Improvement - Resolution of the reverse mismatch problem related to inner stopper detachment and bottle attachment failures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
