Realization of flangeless seismic-resistant piping! Installation of partition valves and fire hydrants on high-density polyethylene piping is possible using mechanical methods!
The Suppon MPX soft seal valve with base is an integrated soft seal partition valve equipped with a mechanical type receiving port. The Suppon MPX MP-TF base for fire hydrants makes it easy to install fire hydrants and air valves, and the base improves stability. Due to the lack of flanges, no joining materials (gaskets, bolts, nuts) are required, leading to cost reduction and a decrease in the risk of leaks by reducing the number of connection points. Thanks to the mechanical receiving port structure, no specialized fusion machines, clamps, or generators are needed, allowing for immediate water flow after installation regardless of site conditions such as water presence or weather, thus shortening construction time. The diameter ranges from 50 mm to 200 mm, and there is a wide lineup that allows for connections with different types of pipes. We also offer the Suppon MPX MP-BF base for fire hydrants designed for the end of the pipeline.
