We can accommodate both small-scale and mass production! This is a boil-chiller system that can optimize the heating and cooling processes. We have numerous achievements in ham and sausage processing plants.
We manufacture heating cooking machines essential for the boiling process at 70-75°C (core temperature 62-65°C) for 30 minutes, which is crucial in the production of ham and sausages, as well as chillers needed for the subsequent cooling process. We not only propose products tailored to our customers' needs but also accept custom orders. Our equipment is used not only for processed foods but also for boiling sterilization (water bath sterilization) of food containers and packaging. 【Products】 - For small quantities, we offer a space-saving type with an automatic lifting device. - For large quantities that also require cooling, we provide a continuous type that can be transported by conveyor. *We also offer testing services, so please feel free to contact us. *For more details about the machines, please download the PDF.
