High-density version of the vibration-damping rubber, Hanenite, which excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption! In addition to the vibration-damping effects of Hanenite, it achieves reduced amplitude due to increased weight and improved sound insulation!
"Hanenight" is a vibration-damping rubber that excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbing energy without much rebound even when subjected to external forces. The high-density Hanenight GP not only adds to the vibration-damping effect of Hanenight but also provides amplitude reduction and sound insulation effects due to its increased weight (specific gravity). With its triple effect, it achieves superior shock absorption and vibration absorption. This new grade has high specific gravity and excellent damping properties at room temperature. 【Characteristics】 ● Specific gravity of 2.01. ● Rebound elasticity is 4%. ● Maintains high tan δ (maximum tan δ of 1.37) despite high specific gravity. ● Physical properties and durability are comparable to general rubber. ● Can be processed into various shapes. MP: Exhibits vibration-damping functionality over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion with metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3 and independent bubbles. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
