This is a vibration-damping rubber that excels in shock and vibration absorption, absorbing energy without much rebound even when subjected to external forces. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of standard rubber. It is widely used as a component in quiet and low-vibration products. ● Exhibits excellent vibration-damping performance in the normal temperature range (5 to 35°C)! The rebound elasticity is below 10%. ● A lineup with additional characteristics! GP-LE: Offers the highest vibration-damping performance among Hanenite and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping functionality over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion to metals is achievable (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets that support weight reduction! Independent bubble vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
