● About Sandome Base Material Printed materials can be provided by the customer or can be printed and processed by our company from stickers. In that case, special processing such as embossing and industrial double-sided tape bonding is also possible. For stickers, processing is possible if the base is made of film materials such as polyester or PVC. Please note that processing cannot be done on non-waterproof paper materials (such as coated paper, art paper, or high-quality paper). Processing can also cause resin peeling on printed materials that have already been laminated (PP processing). Depending on the specifications and shapes of the stickers, processing may be difficult, so please consult us for special specifications. ● About Printing Methods for Base Materials Processing is possible with general printing methods such as letterpress, offset, and silk screen. If used outdoors, we particularly recommend using silk screen printing or light-resistant or weather-resistant inks to enhance weather resistance. ● About Adhesives Adhesives can be selected according to the customer's application. A general strong adhesive type and even stronger industrial double-sided tape can be used on the back. Tack sheet materials and adhesives can be specified from various manufacturers.
