We undertake sheet metal processing and use special molds to process special shapes (embossing) with a press brake. However, we faced challenges with unstable quality and variations, as there were limited operators capable of performing sheet metal processing. To address this, we introduced a "panel bender" that eliminates the need for special shape processing. After the introduction, the processing time per unit was reduced to less than half, improving the efficiency of sheet metal processing.
