Using 2 to 3 electron guns. Capable of film formation on substrates up to 1800 mm in size. Achieves uniform film deposition across the entire substrate surface through a self-rotation mechanism. High-speed exhaust with a large-diameter diffusion pump and polycold chiller for short cycle times and rapid moisture removal. Forms high-quality deposited films. Various deposition processes are managed with recipe management and data logging on a dedicated PC. Fully automated system for easy management.
