The "Pure Dash Mini" (deodorization unit with weather cover) is a deodorization device integrated with a weather cover that can be installed on exterior walls. It uses activated carbon, which has excellent odor adsorption properties, to reduce odors emitted from restaurants, factories, and warehouses. By adopting a weather cover design, it can be directly connected to exhaust ducts and installed on exterior walls. Additionally, it has been made compact, enhancing its maintainability. The deodorization filter using activated carbon employs materials with a large specific surface area and excellent adsorption capacity. 【Function】 1. Wall-mounted type Conventional deodorization devices are mainly large units such as floor-standing or ceiling-hanging types, and most are used within ducts. The weather cover type is mounted on the exterior wall and has a mechanism to capture odors at the end where exhaust is released outside. Therefore, it can also shut out the smell of dirt from the duct at the outlet. 2. Reduction of exhaust odors: When air contaminated with odors enters the deodorization unit installed under the weather cover, it passes through an activated carbon filter. The fine pores of this activated carbon capture the odors. This is a weather cover to be installed on the outer wall. An odor removal unit will be attached below it using M8 bolts (included).
This is when a unit is installed for deodorization.
The deodorization unit is equipped with a deodorization filter. A standard of 24 filters are inserted. Depending on the quality and quantity of the odor, it can be adjusted up to 36 filters without changing the deodorization unit itself.
This is an activated carbon filter to be installed in the deodorization unit. One box (25 sheets) is the standard set.
It is a pre-filter that is installed in front of the deodorizing filter in the deodorizing unit. It removes oil and protects the activated carbon filter from contamination by oil.
It is a bird net. (Included in the standard configuration.)
【Environmental Conditions for Use】 1. The activated carbon filter will create airflow resistance. Therefore, the exhaust fan must have sufficient capacity. 2. If installing in a kitchen duct, please install a separate fire damper. 3. The total weight of the weather cover and deodorizing unit is 45 kg. When installing the weather cover, please ensure it is mounted in a location with sufficient strength or reinforce the installation area. 4. When installing the main unit, please comply with relevant laws and regulations. 5. For the installation of the main unit, please request a contractor such as a residential equipment provider.
