Spectratek UVLED's "UVTEK 3000" is a stand-type UVLED irradiation device developed for automotive repair painting and industrial painting. It can irradiate an area of 60cm square all at once. Furthermore, with a sturdy gas-pressure arm, it has become easier to irradiate horizontal surfaces such as hoods and roofs. The Spectratek UVLED "UVTEK2000" is a stand-type UVLED irradiation device developed for spray painting applications such as automotive repair. It was developed by AMH Canada Ltd and is used in many countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. 1) Emits only safe UV-A waves The UVTEK2000 has a peak wavelength of 395nm, which is close to visible light. Therefore, it does not emit relatively hazardous UV-B or UV-C waves, making it safer to use compared to traditional mercury lamps or metal halide lamp-type irradiation devices. 2) Provides uniform and stable irradiation over the irradiation area Thanks to its unique high-performance LED unit, it enables uniform irradiation within a 60cm square irradiation area. 3) Continuous use is possible without cooling time. 4) The irradiation timer and distance sensor ensure reliable curing. 5) Compared to mercury lamps and metal halide lamp-type (HID-type) irradiation devices, it significantly reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs.
