Detailed information
-
【Fluoropolymer Coating Examples】 ⇒ Stripping, Repainting, Touch-up, Reprocessing The durability of fluoropolymer coatings decreases depending on the environment, frequency of use, and conditions in which they are used. Therefore, it is possible to remove the old film through reprocessing and apply a new coating.
-
【Fluororesin Coating Examples】 ⇒ Conveying rollers, conveyor belts By coating conveying, transporting, and feeding rollers or belts, it is possible to add functions that allow products to slide easily (slip) or detach easily (non-stick, release properties). Therefore, it achieves a reduction in daily maintenance and cleaning tasks (removal of residues such as product debris and adhesive leftovers).
-
【Fluororesin Coating Case Studies】 ⇒ Twisting Prevention, Adhesion Prevention By applying a coating to silicone rubber, NBR, and fluororubber, we can improve their slip properties. This helps prevent twisting during the installation of products such as O-rings and gaskets, leading to improved work efficiency.
