Designed as a measuring device for efficiently conducting axial force tests on torus bolts, it consists of the main measuring unit and accessories such as a nut tightening attachment.
The measuring device itself is fundamentally a hydraulic system, with a hole in the center of the main body for inserting a test bolt. By tightening the bolt, nut, and washer set in this hole with a TONE shear wrench, hydraulic pressure is generated inside the measuring device. This hydraulic pressure is then converted into a value representing the axial force (tension) of the bolt, which is displayed on the dial gauge, allowing for direct reading of the axial force. ■ Equipped with a protector that withstands harsh conditions It firmly protects the gauge section even under severe usage conditions. ■ Large, easy-to-read Newton display scale The pointer is synchronized with the tightening speed, making measurement tasks easier. ■ Bolt rotation stop Bolt rotation stops are applied to the plate and bushing. ■ Field-compatible clamp device Convenient for attachment to steel frames and similar structures. ■ Compact, lightweight, and high precision
