Multi-sample organic solvent concentration recovery system, shelf-type solvent drying recovery device, shelf-type dryer.
This is a shelf-type drying solvent recovery device suitable for solvent recovery and drying from slurries, bulk materials, and all solid-liquid mixtures containing organic solvents.
The shelf-type solvent drying and recovery device is a system that can evaporate organic solvents at a temperature lower than the boiling point of the solvent to be dried, under normal pressure, and recover the solvent. It can be suitably used for applications such as the following: ● Manufacturing processes for positive electrode materials like lithium-ion batteries ● Manufacturing processes for fuel cell positive electrode materials ● Drying processes for slurries containing organic solvents ● Solvent removal from polymer solutions containing organic solvents ● Drying processes for pharmaceutical agents for formulations ● Drying of resin materials wet with liquids Our company assembles these devices carefully in Japan, ensuring excellent reliability and durability, and repairs are also possible. You can use it with peace of mind for a long time.
