Technical Data: Rated Life and Basic Rated Load

This is an introduction to the calculation formulas for minimum lifespan and lifespan during short strokes using the 3-parameter Weibull distribution.

This document includes information on the "rated life and basic rated load" of linear bearings. We introduce topics such as "minimum life based on the 3-parameter Weibull distribution," "formulas for calculating basic dynamic (C) and static (Co) rated loads according to ISO standards," and "life calculation formulas for short strokes." MRD Corporation, as a professional in linear technology, is producing products that meet the increasingly diverse needs of our customers. [Overview of Contents] ■ Minimum life based on the 3-parameter Weibull distribution for higher reliability ■ Formulas for calculating basic dynamic (C) and static (Co) rated loads and ISO standards ■ Life calculation formulas for short strokes ■ Load distribution and its impact on life under moment loading ■ Structure and features of linear bearings ■ Types of linear bearings and corresponding model number symbols/rank correspondence table *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
