[EMI/Noise Countermeasures] Conductive, waterproof, and heat-resistant gaskets! We also accommodate ring processing and cutting processing in custom dimensions!
The "Ultra Band Shield" is a conductive silicone gasket designed for noise reduction (conductive silicone + silicone, a two-layer extrusion product). By integrally molding two layers—a conductive layer (jacket part) and a high-tensile silicone layer (core part)—into a hollow shape, it achieves high conductivity, compliance, and adhesion. We also offer a waterproof type that integrates waterproofing and noise reduction. 【Features】 - The elastic core material layer does not contain conductive materials, thus preserving the mechanical properties of silicone and making it resistant to aging. - The jacket part filled with conductive materials provides excellent conductivity. - Being silicone, it has very low compression set and is resistant to deformation. - Achieves waterproofing and noise reduction in a single product. - Suitable for EMC and noise reduction in high-frequency bands (5G, IoT). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Product sample sets are currently available!
