- LED: The term LED here refers to a LED module (LED block component) that integrates a LED chip (single piece) with a substrate, resistors, mounting brackets, packaging, etc., and is abbreviated as LED. - SMD Surface Mount Device (substrate) surface-mounted electronic components: SMD refers to mounted components, but here it is used to mean automatic solder-compatible caramel-shaped LED modules. - SMD LED: For automatic soldering, measured in millimeters. Commonly used LEDs include SMD 3528 (3.5 * 2.8 mm), SMD 5050 (5 * 5 mm), and ultra-bright types such as SMD 5630 and SMD 2835. - Through-hole LED: Refers to a shape where two lead pins seen in bullet-shaped LEDs are inserted into the substrate for hand soldering. - FPC Flexible Printed Circuit Board: The material consists of soft thin film substrates such as polyimide, PVC, aluminum, etc., plus printed circuits made of conductive copper foil, various SMDs (LED modules and micro resistors, etc.), and an insulating solder resist film (PSR).
