Over 6,000 units adopted! A device for overload detection and rope slack detection that continuously monitors the safety of water gates.
The "Gate Rob" is an overload detection and rope slack detection device that constantly monitors the tension on the wire rope using a spring. When the tension applied to the wire rope exceeds the allowable limit or when the tension is released and slack occurs, the limit switch activates and instructs an emergency stop. It uses high-quality springs that have extremely low wear, allowing it to maintain highly reproducible characteristics even after long periods of repeated operation. 【Features】 ■ Overload detection (Saraban) ■ Rope slack detection (Coil spring) ■ Reliable long-term use (Saraban and coil spring) ■ Usable in various environments ■ Over 6,000 units adopted (from 1989 to 2019) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
