We would like to introduce a case where a dog run was implemented at a housing exhibition center. With the desire to provide a more enjoyable experience for visitors, we established a well-equipped dog run, laid down grass, and installed water and restroom facilities for dogs, operating it as a membership-based service. Since introducing the dog run, we have had 480 members primarily from the nearby Kanagawa area utilizing the facility. The number of users has gradually increased, and currently, we have an average of about 120 groups of customers using the facility each month. It is becoming established not only as a place for customers considering purchasing a home but also as a community-oriented dog run.
