The bottom surface has a helical connection, making disassembly, cleaning, and assembly easy. It is installed in the pipe transport route during the manufacturing process of food, industrial products, etc., to remove fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder.
The Sangyo Supply Liquid Round Magnet Filter Type 2 (Flat) is designed to remove fine iron powder from liquids. It uses a hygienic magnet bar made of stainless steel, allowing it to be installed in the piping of manufacturing processes for liquids such as food and industrial products, where it separates and captures magnetic fine iron powder. 【Features】 - The bottom surface of the main body has a hygienic connection, making disassembly, cleaning, and assembly easy. - It is installed in the piping of manufacturing processes for food and industrial products to remove metal foreign substances. - High magnetic force magnet bars (magnet rods) are arranged, capturing fine iron powder with a maximum surface magnetic flux density of 800mT, 1,000mT, and 1,200mT. - The piping connection is standard with sanitary hygienic fittings. - The sanitary casing shape minimizes obstruction to the flow of liquid. - The recommended operating temperature for the magnet bars (magnet rods) is below 80°C (Nd series), below 100°C (Nd series), and below 150°C (SmCo series). - The joint between the magnet bar (magnet rod) and the stainless steel plate features smooth full circumferential welding suitable for food use.
