【Safety Measures・Work Efficiency】Remote-controlled automatic hook for lifting and releasing.
On-site high-altitude work, multiple lifting at ports, and proven experience in hazardous areas such as plants, blast furnaces, and nuclear power plants - "Elevia Auto Open/Close Hook" *Case study materials available.
The "Elebia EVO" from the Spanish company Elebia is a hook that allows for remote lifting and releasing with simple remote control operations. The secret lies in the magnet near the hook that draws the lifting gear in and automatically adjusts it to the correct position. When the hook approaches, it pulls the lifting gear in and adjusts it to the correct position. After that, simply press the control button to close the hook, and you can lift it. Since the hook can be engaged and released remotely, it reduces the risk of accidents by keeping workers' hands free. Moreover, it contributes to increased work efficiency by shortening the time required for engagement and release. 【Features】 ■ Lineup from 2 to 20 tons / Different models available for up to 80 tons ■ Bearing-equipped swivel Swivel lock installation available (optional) ■ Load cell function (optional) ■ Detachable rechargeable lithium battery ■ Dust and waterproof standard IP65 certified ■ Options for special environments available *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Company information
As of January 2023, we have changed our company name to RUD Spanset Japan. Handling and transporting heavy objects, which are essential in manufacturing and construction industries, is a dangerous task. Our mission is to ensure the utmost safety and efficiency in handling and transporting operations through our proposals. As a result, we believe this will lead to the "happiness" of our customers and stakeholders. We have been engaged in the import and sales of lifting equipment and transport machinery from overseas, as well as in technical sales, ensuring the safety of lifting tools. In this context, we have incorporated our intention to expand the sales of products from RUD and Spanset as our main focus into our new company name. On January 1, 2023, we changed our name to "RUD Spanset Japan," using the names of our two main companies. We also revamped our company logo, symbolizing the synergy created by the connection of RUD's chains and Spanset's round slings. Moving forward, our entire team will continue to challenge ourselves to build a "happy" future for everyone.
