Our four factories located in Ichinomiya, Bansai, Nishiharu, and Nishiharu Shin are engaged in metal powder coating across three regions. The Nishiharu Shin factory commenced full-scale operations in 2019. With an automated line measuring 180 meters in length, we have enhanced productivity and achieved short delivery times. We have installed two 2.8-ton hoist cranes and an 8-meter powder drying oven, enabling us to handle heavy and long items as well. All factories rigorously perform degreasing and sanding during the pre-coating process, ensuring no adhesion failures such as peeling. Additionally, we can also provide bonder treatment (zinc phosphate) for surface treatment, and we are open to consultations for any type of coating.
