Our company conducts "balance correction work" utilizing our extensive experience and knowledge. All testing machines, except for the "FH-824," are belt-driven. (The standard specification testing machines use coupling-driven joints.) However, couplings can surprisingly have a large measurement error. In fact, when you flip the coupling 180°, what should have been corrected below the allowable value may actually exceed it. In the case of belt drive, the belt is directly applied to the test specimen, resulting in zero error. There is no need to prepare a separate coupling, allowing for highly accurate measurements. 【Features】 ■ All our testing machines, except for the "FH-824," are belt-driven. ■ All testing machines are equipped with connection terminals for "FFT analyzers." ■ Correction work involving heat (such as welding) is continuously monitored with a thermal camera. ■ All correction data is stored in a database. ■ A record is created for every item and stored in the database. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
