Compatible with grinding tanks! The powerful vacuum force vigorously sucks up the bubbles in the coolant tank.
The "U-Clean AP-1G model" is a floating oil, sludge, and foam recovery device that solves the foam problem of grinding machines (soluble liquid), which was a difficult issue. By adopting a high-power pump, it provides strong vacuum power that efficiently sucks up foam from the coolant tank. Sludge can be easily discharged using the sludge scraping shovel, eliminating the need for tank cleaning. 【Features】 ■ Uses a high-power air pump with no mechanical movement, preventing sludge clogging ■ Easily transports sludge clumps of φ5mm ■ Efficiently and powerfully vacuums floating oil, sludge, and foam ■ Significantly reduces the size of the separation tank with minimal coolant liquid intake ■ Effortlessly sucks up foam with high vacuum power and converts it into droplets in the separation tank *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
