Electric fan for trucks, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery, waterproof and dustproof, IP68 compliant, 24V.
IP68 and IP6K9K compliant with high dust and water resistance. High efficiency and large airflow achieved through the electrification of direct-drive fans for exhaust gas measures and fuel economy improvement. Annual production of 6 million units.
DC axial fans are available in brush motor type and brushless motor type. They are waterproof fans for heavy-duty applications such as vehicles and construction machinery. We control all processes from raw materials to finished products in-house. All production processes are carried out at our own factory, and we have comprehensive evaluation equipment, allowing us to conduct quality assessments with our own facilities. Features of brushless motor fans: - Completely sealed motor - Heavy-duty specifications compliant with IP68 & IP6K9K - Excellent efficiency and large air volume - Long lifespan - Temperature characteristics: operating temperature range -40 to 120℃ - Low noise, excellent vibration resistance, and robustness Due to these features, the overall fuel efficiency of the system is ultimately improved, and they are adopted in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, buses, and more. All IP68 certified motors are waterproof (WP) and completely sealed, protecting against the intrusion of solid and liquid substances. Additionally, we offer custom-made shrouds and fan designs/production tailored to customer needs.

Company information
Founded 91 years ago as "Yashima Automobile Parts Trading Company," our company originated from the automotive parts division of Yashima Motor Co., which was the general importer of Chrysler vehicles in 1926. Over the years, we evolved from supplying repair parts to directly providing mass-produced components to automobile manufacturers, in line with the pre-war and post-war trends of domestic automobile production. At the time of our establishment, the Toranomon area was referred to as Japan's Detroit, yet there were almost no domestic vehicles present, and we had been engaged in automotive-related business even before the domestic production of automobiles began. Today, we have transformed and grown into a technical trading company that directly supplies and sells mass-produced parts to major automobile manufacturers and construction machinery manufacturers. We support the development departments of manufacturers with technical proposals and assist the procurement departments with global parts sourcing, providing mass production solutions for a wide range of products, from resin molded products, semiconductors, electronic components, and sensors to inverters and onboard motors that make up electric vehicles. Notably, the next-generation onboard electrification components have significantly increased, with mass production sales reaching an annual scale of 6 billion yen.
