This is an introduction to a case study involving the implementation of our "FSD Fully Automatic Water Softener." When using hard water, the equipment can break, so it is essential to use a water softener, but there is a need to keep costs down. There was a concern about needing to soften water with a total hardness of 80 mg/L to below 2 mg/L. With the introduction of the FSD Fully Automatic Water Softener, we conducted a total hardness test and confirmed softening to below 2 mg/L. This made it possible to significantly reduce costs without lowering the level of softening required for the ozone generation system.
