Master of roll gap parallel measurement! Ideal for equipment installation work and equipment maintenance.
"Raku-Soku" utilizes a dial gauge for measurement, visualizing previously ambiguous values. It is a parallel measuring device for rolls that allows for accurate measurement and installation. Simply place the reference arms at both ends of the roll, read the dial gauge values, and observe the differences. Additionally, the position of the arms can be adjusted according to the distance between the rolls, and by changing the orientation of the arms, measurements can be taken on both the inside and outside of the rolls. 【Features】 ■ Fast measurement ■ Structure that does not damage the rolls ■ Compatible with various measurement points *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Company information
Our company has accumulated a track record of designing and manufacturing various specialized equipment and optimizing existing equipment across almost all processes, from upstream processes such as stretching in web handling to downstream processes such as slitting and inspection, for nearly half a century. Whether it is resin film, metal foil, or paper, we utilize micro-groove rolls, micro-bingham rolls, and micro-groove concave rolls to propose solutions for issues such as slip, wrinkles, and scratches based on our extensive usage experience. Additionally, by identifying optimal locations from the layout of existing equipment and including the introduction of micro-groove rolls and operating conditions in our proposals, we achieve high cost-performance retrofitting for older generation equipment. We also have rental rolls for verifying actual machine effects and rolls that can be delivered in a short time. Furthermore, we have our own transport testing equipment that allows you to evaluate roll purchases and determine production conditions using your films. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries, no matter how small.
