By applying a highly lubricating coating, we can prevent seizure at a reasonable cost.
The "S Coat" is a burn-in prevention treatment technology that reduces the friction coefficient by coating with a highly lubricating fluororesin, thereby alleviating friction and suppressing the occurrence of seizure. While the demand for stainless steel products has increased, the development of surface treatment methods that emphasize corrosion resistance and aesthetics, along with the complete removal of oils and impurities, has led to poorer sliding performance (higher friction coefficient) and a greater tendency for seizure to occur. 【Features】 ■ Reduced friction coefficient ■ Reduced thermal conductivity ■ Reduced thermal expansion coefficient *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 - The sliding resistance at the thread engagement surface is large, resulting in a high amount of generation. - The heat generated at the thread engagement surface is not easily dissipated, making it prone to localized high temperatures. - Due to the expansion of the thread, the contact pressure at the thread engagement surface increases, leading to an increase in sliding resistance, which makes seizing more likely due to the characteristics of stainless steel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
