Since the crusher is integrated, scrap can be directly fed in for pelletizing without any preprocessing (such as crushing). This achieves significant labor savings.
The integration of the crusher brings many benefits. 1) Space-saving: Since the crusher is installed on top of the extruder, significant space savings can be achieved. 2) Labor-saving: The crushing and extrusion processes can be performed simultaneously, allowing for operation by a single person. 3) Materials can be fed directly without the need for pre-treatment.
