Case Study of Liquid Membrane Introduction: Linen Supply and Cleaning Wastewater Treatment Equipment
Achieving planned wastewater reuse targeting high-concentration wastewater! Introduction of a case study on membrane introduction in liquid.
This is an introduction to a case where a liquid membrane was introduced into linen supply and cleaning wastewater treatment facilities. With the relocation of the production factory, a membrane separation activated sludge method utilizing a liquid membrane for wastewater treatment was adopted. In washing and reusing rental wipes made from raw materials such as used clothing and cutting scraps, the liquid membrane contributes to properly treating and recycling the cleaning wastewater generated in the process. Although it involves treating high-concentration wastewater with a lot of oil and other substances, the combination of oil-water separation, pressurized flotation treatment, and membrane separation activated sludge treatment, reflecting the unique know-how accumulated over the years, has achieved the expected treatment performance. [Case Study] - Location: Saitama Prefecture - Type of wastewater: Industrial and printing-related wipe cleaning wastewater - Treated water volume: 250m3/day (reuse rate 80%) - Operation: From November 2008 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
