[Case Study of Membrane Introduction in Liquid] Food (Meat) Wastewater Treatment Equipment
The equipment is compact and easy to maintain, resulting in reduced labor costs! Introduction of a case study using a liquid membrane.
This is an introduction to a case where a liquid membrane was introduced into wastewater treatment equipment for food (meat) processing. In this facility, due to the increased burden on the wastewater treatment equipment, we addressed the issue by modifying the existing system to a membrane separation activated sludge method. Currently, the load fluctuates significantly due to differences in the ratio of production items and changes in production volume, but the treated water is clear and stable. The customer stores the treated water as local fire-fighting water, preparing for emergencies. Kubota Membrane conducts remote monitoring through a liquid membrane guarantee system and provides detailed support for daily maintenance. [Case Study] ■ Location: Ehime Prefecture ■ Type of wastewater: Wastewater from meat processing plant operations, line cleaning wastewater ■ Treated water volume: 1,000m3/day ■ Operation: Since March 2004 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
