The "FS Ellipra Heat Seal Light" (formerly known as Single-Sided Heat Seal Paper (Synthetic Fiber Blended)) has heat seal performance on one side when used as paper alone, and since the pulp content exceeds 50%, it is a synthetic fiber blended paper that can display the identification mark for paper containers and packaging. 【Features】 ■ Composed of a blend of pulp and synthetic fibers, it has heat seal performance on one side when used as paper alone, providing advantages in delaminating and film removal. ■ Since the pulp content exceeds 50%, it can display the "Identification Mark for Paper Containers and Packaging." ■ It is breathable, allowing moisture generated from food to escape outside the bag, preventing condensation. ■ It consists of two layers: a pulp layer and a pulp + synthetic fiber layer, providing heat sealability on one side (pulp + synthetic fiber layer). ■ The main component of the synthetic fiber is polyethylene, allowing for heat sealing at relatively low temperatures starting from 140°C or higher. ■ The printing surface is composed solely of pulp, offering excellent printability. ■ It is compatible with both bleached (white) and unbleached (brown) options. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
