The "paperlogic electronic contract" is an electronic contract service that allows for the differentiation between party-type signatures, which use the electronic certificate of the contracting parties as a form of a seal, and witness-type signatures, which use email addresses as a form of a recognition seal. In addition to concluding contracts, it also offers the functionality to send documents such as estimates and invoices with signature information and timestamps, as well as the ability to digitize board meeting minutes. We provide an electronic archive as a storage function. The electronic archive not only stores contracts concluded using the electronic contract function but also allows for the import of PDFs, supporting electronic transactions and scanner storage in accordance with the revised Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
