The "Shredal Valve" is an automatic bypass valve for preventing overheating in centrifugal pumps. Centrifugal pumps can overheat and become damaged if they continue to operate below the minimum flow rate. This valve automatically detects a decrease in flow rate in the main line, causing the bypass line to open and ensuring the minimum flow rate required for the pump is maintained. As the flow rate in the main line increases, the bypass line automatically closes. The operation of the valve is mechanical, requiring no external power or air. By automatically detecting flow rate fluctuations, energy-saving operation is achieved. We offer a general-purpose type "TDL" and a high-pressure compatible type "TDM."
