Low molecular weight, low alkalinity hindered amine-based liquid light stabilizer. It is mainly used in automotive paints, industrial paints, and decorative/wood coatings!
RIASORB UV-123 is a liquid HALS with an amino ether group, primarily used for coatings. A characteristic of this structure is its low basicity, which minimizes reactions with acidic components in coatings. This product is mainly used in automotive coatings, industrial coatings, and decorative/wood coatings. In automotive coatings, it significantly improves weather resistance when used in combination with UV absorbers such as RIASORB UV-1130 and UV-928, effectively contributing to discoloration prevention, gloss retention, and interlayer adhesion prevention. Additionally, Rianlon has a strong supply chain for HALS products due to its acquisition of Kaiya Chemical through M&A in 2018. Since manufacturing is done from upstream raw materials, we are confident in our supply stability and competitiveness in the market. *Kaiya Chemical = Manufacturer of HALS intermediates HALS products are confidently recommended by Rianlon Japan as well.
