Explosion-proof LED lighting (LZWA) for those considering explosion-proof lighting in Thailand.
Explosion-proof LED lighting LZWA series
The first international explosion-proof certified product in the domestic industry has obtained explosion-proof certification standards from Europe and China. Japanese explosion-proof lighting can be purchased through an agent in Thailand.
New Release of Explosion-Proof LED Lighting (LZWA Series) Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. is launching the explosion-proof LED lighting fixture (LZWA series), which is the first internationally certified explosion-proof product in the domestic industry as a base lighting fixture, as part of the new lineup of the <STARLED★S> series. The explosion-proof LED lighting fixture (LZWA series) aims for a compact and lightweight design while ensuring the same illuminance and light distribution as conventional fluorescent fixtures (HF fluorescent 45W x 2 lamps). It measures within 30 cm in both width and height, and weighs only 5 kg. This reduces the burden of installation work and improves safety due to the smaller contact area. As for explosion-proof standards, it has obtained international explosion-proof certification IECEx (IEC60079-0, -1), as well as European explosion-proof certification ATEX (LZWA12041). Models with Chinese explosion-proof certification NEPSI (LZWA14041-CA) are also included in the lineup, achieving many international standards (*). * This product is sold only for overseas markets. Domestic explosion-proof certification has not been obtained. * Thai distributor: Thai Seng Trading Co., Ltd. is listed on the website below.

basic information
<Features> 1. Obtained various international standards related to explosion protection. Compatible with hydrogen areas. Achieved international explosion protection certification IECEx (IEC60079-0, -1), European explosion protection certification ATEX, and Chinese explosion protection certification NEPSI. Taiwanese explosion protection certification TS is also planned for future acquisition. It can be used in explosion protection areas Zone 1 and 2, dust explosion protection areas Zone 21 and 22, as well as in hydrogen areas generated in chemical plant processes, allowing for safe use in various explosion protection areas. 2. Usable in high-temperature environments up to +55°C! With a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, it can be installed in a broad range of environments from low to high temperatures. 3. Can be installed in narrow spaces. With a small installation footprint, it does not require a specific installation location. It can be installed in areas with complex equipment. Additionally, the irradiation angle can be adjusted by ±70 degrees, reducing rework after installation. 4. Reduces the burden of installation work. Weighing only 5 kg, it is lighter than conventional equipment, improving safety and workability during installation. 5. Safe even in gusts and typhoons. The compact housing and small pressure-bearing area result in reduced wind pressure load, minimizing the impact of gusts and typhoons, and eliminating concerns about deformation of the equipment.

Hoshia Electric has established itself as a top manufacturer in various business fields, including information display systems such as road information boards, industrial lighting known for its waterproof and explosion-proof features under the name "Water Pearl," tunnel lighting that began with the full-scale installation in the Kanmon Tunnel, and resin products represented by "Cutting Duct." As a new business, we started the electromagnetic noise countermeasure (EMC) product business in 1997 to address electromagnetic noise issues arising from digital devices. In the LED business, we successfully developed a blue light-emitting diode in April 2002 and a white light-emitting diode in December of the same year. Based on these technologies, we are actively expanding our business in the field of LED lighting fixtures, ranging from roads and tunnels to industrial lighting. On March 9, 2018, Hoshia Electric Co., Ltd. was listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In April 2022, we transitioned to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market.
