Post-installed anchor non-destructive testing device
- Easy inspection possible with just a strike - Objective judgment possible using impact force waveforms - High-precision judgment possible compared to conventional sound tests - Data is saved with each strike, making record management easy - NETIS registration number (HK-180001-VE) *Note This does not guarantee the pull-out resistance of post-installed anchors. Accurate judgment may not be possible depending on the condition of the bolts.

basic information
The built-in accelerometer in the hammer displays the magnitude of the acceleration generated in the hammer and the duration of the acceleration when striking the test object as a waveform. It visualizes the presence or absence of a delay in the acceleration due to the reaction force in relation to the acceleration at the moment of impact, allowing for the evaluation of the integrity of post-installed anchors and the presence of any looseness in nuts. ● Waveform measurement: Sampling speed 0.5μs, measurement wavelength 2ms ● Hammer: 420 grams (standard hammer) ● Power supply: Supplied from the USB of the computer, maximum 350mA ● PC connection: Connected to a Windows PC via USB ● Measurement data: Saved as text on the computer ● Accessories: Storage case / USB cable / tablet PC
