Please be sure to include oil and pneumatic pressure in the machinery safety cycle. The solenoid valve is part of the safety-related parts of the control system (SRP/CS).
Scene content: While the machine operator opened the interlocked door to change the mold and was cleaning the mold, the moving mold, which was supposed to stop due to the interlock mechanism, slowly and quietly moved towards him without him noticing. By the time the machine operator realized this... as a result, he suffered severe injuries, having a part of his body caught and severed by the mold.

basic information
Points on Labor Safety/Machine Safety Is an interlock device linked to the guard incorporated into the machine? It is important to install switches that form a safety circuit to safely stop the machine when doors or other barriers designed to prevent workers from entering hazardous areas are opened. Additionally, power control elements (such as solenoid valves) that interrupt energy based on the logic also require high control reliability.

Please make sure to include oil and pneumatic pressure in the machine safety cycle. The "solenoid valve" is part of the safety-related part of the control system (SRP/CS). Scene Description: While a machine operator opens an interlocked door to change a mold and is cleaning the mold, the moving mold, which should have stopped due to the interlock mechanism, slowly and quietly moves towards them. By the time the machine operator realizes this, they have already suffered severe injuries, including having a part of their body caught and severed by the mold. Labor Safety / Machine Safety Points: Is the interlock device linked to the guard incorporated into the machine? It is important to install switches that form a safety circuit to safely stop the machine when doors, such as those designed to prevent worker intrusion into hazardous areas of the machine, are opened. At the same level as these, power control elements (such as solenoid valves) that cut off energy in response to logic require high control reliability.
