[Case Study] Level Detection of Rice Planting Machines and Tillage Machines (2)

Introducing a case study on the implementation of potentiometer elements for level detection in rice transplanters and tillers.

Construction machinery frequently experiences vibrations due to engine vibrations as well as vibrations from operation. Additionally, the control levers used to operate the machinery are activated thousands or even tens of thousands of times, necessitating a high level of durability due to their high operating frequency. Therefore, we have introduced our potentiometer element. After the introduction, we have achieved reliability for items with high operating frequencies. 【Introduced Product】 ■ Potentiometer Element - Passed durability tests of over 20 million cycles and hysteresis tests of over 100 million cycles - Achieved reliability for items with high operating frequencies *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
