■ Trouble-free monolithic structure (full cover with a single material) ● There is no reinforcing woven fabric found in resin belts, and the belt body and edge are completely integrated. ● There are no seams or hinge areas that can become sources of contamination in plastic belts, resulting in a rounded and hygienic structure. ● There is no thread fraying, which can lead to interlayer delamination, early cracking, or foreign material contamination due to moisture penetration. ● Excellent hydrolysis resistance and abrasion resistance contribute to the longevity of the belt and cost reduction. (Uses ether-based polyurethane) ■ Mirror finish that is resistant to dirt penetration ● Both the conveying surface and the underside have low surface roughness and a uniform mirror finish with no irregularities. ● The surface shape makes it easy to remove dirt, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. ● During cleaning, food residues and bacteria are less likely to remain, suppressing mold growth and making hygiene management easier. ■ Aramid core wire that is resistant to belt elongation ● Incorporating aramid core wires at 15mm pitch intervals provides excellent dimensional stability. ● It resolves issues of elongation and creep under load, achieving superior tracking performance. ● It reduces the risk of failures such as tooth skipping caused by elongation of single material belts.
