"EX-DRY" is a high-performance desiccant (moisture absorber) that serves as an alternative to inorganic adsorbent desiccants such as silica gel. Due to its high moisture absorption capacity, it addresses moisture-related issues such as rust, mold, and condensation across various industries. ◆ Adoption Case for Building Material Manufacturers ◆ □ Purpose: To prevent rust that occurs during the import of steel building materials in shipping containers. □ Concern: When importing residential building materials from Vietnam to Osaka, moisture inside the container and the moisture content of the wooden frames cause condensation, leading to rust on the building materials that must be cleaned. Although rust-inhibiting oil is sprayed, its effectiveness is not easily visible, and there is a desire to eliminate the cleaning process for the rust-inhibiting oil. □ Solution: Throughout the transportation period from Vietnam to Osaka, we provided free assistance in collecting temperature and humidity data inside the container year-round, and collaborated with the user to consider the recommended usage amount of EX-DRY for each season.
