Deodorize with activated carbon power! Smoking booth with detachable smoke removal function.
The "Easy Dash Cigar Pro" is a smoking booth equipped with a separate smoke removal function that fully complies with the revised Health Promotion Act enacted in April 2020. With activated carbon (iodine carbon) adsorption technology and two deodorizing devices (Cigar POT + Q-Pot), it meets the technical transitional measures standards. It can eliminate the odors around smoking rooms that have been problematic until now. 【Features】 ■ Can be easily installed in existing smoking rooms ■ A smoking booth type that requires no installation work is also available ■ Removes over 95% of harmful gases ■ Activated carbon method that removes tobacco odors in one pass ■ Complies with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's smoking room standards *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Removes over 90% of tobacco odor (containing carcinogenic substances). Two deodorizing units use a dual system of filters and activated carbon to remove over 90% of tobacco odor (containing carcinogenic substances). There is almost no smell from the air exhausted from the smoking booth. The activated carbon deodorizing units "Cigar POT" and "Q-Pot" adsorb gaseous substances in a single pass.

The deodorizing capacity of activated carbon is equivalent to more than 47,000 cigarettes. The deodorizing capacity of activated carbon is proportional to its weight. The activated carbon contained in "Cigar Pro" and "Q-Pot" weighs approximately 20 kg each. This means it can adsorb and capture more than 47,000 environmental tobacco smoke (ETS). The replacement of activated carbon is carried out at our partner's activated carbon factory, so there are no disposal costs for the activated carbon. Maintenance work involves simply replacing the used cylindrical cartridge with a new cylindrical cartridge filled with activated carbon, resulting in a short work time and no mess from carbon in the smoking room. Activated carbon is recognized as an effective technology for removing VOCs.

Inexpensive and compact yet highly effective at deodorizing. The adsorption capacity of activated carbon varies significantly depending on the speed of gas passage and contact time. A slower passage speed and longer contact time result in higher deodorization effectiveness, but increasing the amount of activated carbon also makes the device larger. The smoking booth with smoke removal function, "Kantan Dash Cigar Pro," achieves high deodorization performance despite its compact size by using a uniquely developed cylindrical cartridge (made of SUS). By further drawing the exhaust from the bottom of the "Cigar POT" into the exhaust deodorization device "Q-Pot," a deodorization efficiency of over 90% can be achieved. As a result, the odor from the exhaust coming from the ceiling is hardly noticeable.

Use a tar removal filter suitable for oily nicotine removal. The filter used in the "Kantan Dash Cigar Pro" for removing particulate matter is not a pre-filter used in air purifiers, but rather two tar removal filters (glass fiber with a removal rate of 86%) suitable for oily nicotine removal, which also helps extend the life of the activated carbon. Additionally, a HEPA filter is used for further removal of particulate matter.

Company information
Our company specializes in the development and manufacturing of activated carbon deodorization systems and mist deodorization and sterilization systems. In addition to smoking booths with smoke removal functions that meet the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare standards for passive smoking measures, we design and install deodorization and sterilization systems for food factories, as well as infection control measures in hospitals. We hold patents for activated carbon and offer various technologies for our proposals. <Features of Activated Carbon Deodorization> 1. Strong deodorizing power: Activated carbon has many small pores that effectively absorb odors. It is effective against various smells, including tobacco odors. 2. Environmentally friendly: Activated carbon is made from natural materials (such as coconut shells and coal), so it does not use chemical substances. Used activated carbon can be recycled, making it eco-friendly. 3. Low maintenance costs: Activated carbon can be used for a long time, so replacements are not often necessary. Activated carbon systems are durable and easy to maintain. ーーーー Construction industry license: Tokyo Governor's License (General-2) No. 143426 Tokyo Approval: "Management Innovation Plan" No. 22 Industrial Labor Commerce Support 443
