Chemical synthesis of the physiological active substance Oxo-ODA (four isomers) from tomatoes!
Our company has successfully established a synthetic method that can provide the substance '13 and 9-Oxo-Octadecadienoic Acid,' one of the unsaturated fatty acids found in tomatoes, more efficiently than extraction from tomatoes. We have also established a synthesis method for the 13-Oxo and 9-Oxo-ODA isomers, and they are now available for supply. Please feel free to use them for research and development or as analytical standards.
