Energy-saving and long-lasting with maintenance-free operation! The drive belt has no impact on durability even during reverse bending, enabling a compact design.
The "HFD System (Flat Belt Drive System)" is a high-efficiency transmission system designed to meet the global needs for energy conservation and CO2 reduction. By combining flat belts, misalignment control devices, and auto-tensioners into a system, it has achieved even higher transmission efficiency and longer lifespan compared to traditional V-belt systems. Utilizing rubber and core wire design technologies accumulated over many years in the automotive field, it features a high transmission and high efficiency flat belt specification. 【Features】 ■ Maintenance-free & long lifespan (approximately 3 times the lifespan compared to V-belts) ■ Compact design (approximately 40% reduction compared to V-belts) ■ Low vibration & low noise ■ Clean (minimal rubber shedding) ■ Resource-saving (approximately 1/50 reduction compared to V-belts) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
