100% baked scallop shell composition! A sheet that reacts to moisture, exhibiting antibacterial and antifungal effects.
The "Freshness Retention Sheet for Asparagus" is a food-contactable product that contains a natural antibacterial agent (100% roasted scallop shell). It uses a highly absorbent material (airlaid non-woven fabric) that is perfect for maintaining the freshness of water-rich vegetables. It reacts to the moisture released from the cut ends of asparagus, exhibiting antibacterial and antifungal effects, suppressing "slime" caused by bacteria, and allowing for transportation in a fresh state. Additionally, the sheet's moisture retention effect helps to reduce weight loss in asparagus. 【Features】 ■ Antibacterial ■ Slime prevention ■ Absorption and moisture retention ■ Freshness preservation *It does not address all viruses and bacteria. *Effectiveness may vary depending on the type and condition of the food. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
