This product easily realizes the entire SMT mount process, from the mounting of various SMT components to the dispensing of solder paste or adhesive. The system with assist functions reduces user burden by displaying the pickup and placement positions on a monitor screen, enabling safe and accurate assembly of SMT boards. Additionally, by utilizing the component placement information reading function with dedicated software and a CAD-DATA converter, it allows for the setting of feeder positions and visualization of component placement on the board. Higher-end models also enable high-precision mounting using guides. Equipped with an ergonomic design palm rest that allows for fatigue-free operation even during long hours of use.
