[Case Study of Piping Magnetite Method] Water Quality Inspection in the Water Storage Tank of the Circulating Cooling Water Line
Conducted water quality tests four times! Introducing a case where the piping magnetite method was implemented as a countermeasure against red rust in the cooling water line.
We would like to introduce a case study of NTT-AT Creative Co., Ltd., located in Itano-gun, Tokushima Prefecture, which has implemented our proposed "Piping Magnetite Method." The company has taken measures against red rust in the cooling water line by placing four punch boxes in the water storage tank (10t) of the circulating cooling water line. They collected water from the storage tank every week and conducted water quality tests four times. As a result, water quality improved, and the components of red rust that had dissolved in the water transformed into black rust. The issue of red water was resolved. Additionally, we have materials that cover all topics available for your review. [Case Study] ■ Measures against red rust in the cooling water line ■ NTT-AT Creative Co., Ltd.
