Overheating and cooling of solid-containing and high-viscosity liquids as you wish!
The "Slash Heater Cooler" is a heat exchanger capable of heating and cooling substances with a viscosity of 200,000 CP and solid particles up to 20mm in size, handling almost anything that can be pumped. It allows for a variety of processing treatments such as heating sterilization, cooling, freezing, blending, and crystallization of high-viscosity liquid foods. The structure of the dasher and the heat transfer medium can be selected according to the application. Additionally, depending on the properties of the processing liquid, a double-jacket design that circulates refrigerant within the rotating rotor enables more effective heat exchange. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for processing liquids with solids and high viscosity ■ High heat transfer coefficient ■ High sanitary structure ■ Usable for multiple applications *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
