Drive shaft hardening device

Achieve uniform hardening without burn marks or distortion through single-shot hardening using our unique line coil.

The "Drive Shaft Hardening Device" is a hardening device that flows current axially through a semi-open coil shaped according to the workpiece, allowing for the formation of a uniform hardened layer even on stepped shafts. It has high thermal efficiency, reducing the power consumption per workpiece by 50% compared to mobile hardening. 【Features】 ■ Flows current axially through a semi-open coil shaped according to the workpiece ■ Forms a uniform hardened layer even on stepped shafts ■ Achieves hardening without unevenness or distortion through one-shot hardening with a unique line coil ■ High thermal efficiency ■ Power consumption per workpiece can be reduced by 50% compared to mobile hardening *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us. ★ For inquiries by phone, please call: Osaka Headquarters → TEL: 072-991-1361 Nagoya → TEL: 052-322-1361 Tokyo → TEL: 03-5472-1361 *When calling, please mention "Ipros was seen."
