Weather-resistant high-strength bolts from Shin-Ko provide corrosion resistance by suppressing subsequent corrosion reactions and delivering anti-corrosion effects.
The 'Weather-Resistant Shinko High-Strength Bolt' generates a dense amorphous layer continuously on the base metal, suppressing the permeation of water and oxygen, making it easier to form stable rust. It suppresses the formation of galvanic cells between nickel-based high-weather-resistance steel plates. It is adjusted to have a corrosion potential similar to that of the steel plate. [Features] ■ Suppresses the permeation of water and oxygen ■ Corrosion prevention effect ■ Corrosion potential similar to that of the steel plate ■ Can be used as a bolt specifically for Kobe Steel's long-life coating steel plate 'Eco View' ■ High-strength bolts with rust stabilization treatment are also manufactured *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
