Tunnel inspection without traffic regulations! Introducing a measurement system capable of simultaneous 3D shape measurement.
"MIMM" is a dedicated measurement system specialized for tunnel measurement, significantly improving the initial inspection of tunnels. Measurements can be taken at speeds of around 80 km/h, eliminating the need for road closures or traffic regulations that can burden road users. This allows for efficient measurement of long tunnels in a short amount of time, resulting in substantial cost reductions. 【Features】 ■ Tunnel inspections without traffic regulations ■ Significant improvement in initial tunnel inspections ■ Measurements can be taken at speeds of around 80 km/h ■ Simultaneous measurement of 3D shapes is possible ■ Significant cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Two Measurement Systems】 ■ Laser Measurement Technology - Composed of a unit that integrates three GPS units, an IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), a camera, and a high-density laser scanner. - The three GPS units accurately capture the vehicle's posture, allowing for high-precision measurement of the three-dimensional space of the road surface and surrounding areas within a GPS-visible range, achieving absolute accuracy within 10 cm and relative accuracy within 1 cm. ■ Image Measurement Technology - Composed of a lighting device and a camera unit that can capture high-resolution images of 2 mm/pixel or more on standard tunnel walls, along with a recorder unit that continuously records the acquired images. - The camera unit is designed to capture high-resolution images at optimal angles and can be quickly adjusted for different tunnel shapes in combination with an electric pan-tilt head. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
